Order Processing
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sachin & Babi purchase. While we strive for perfection in every piece, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.
Return Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Intimate apparel and bodysuits
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom or made-to-order pieces, including select Ball Gowns and Bridal Separates
The Return Process
To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, please follow these steps:
- Submit Your Return Request
Complete our Return & Exchange Form and email it to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Await Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and typically respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments.
