Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, bodysuits, or any items marked as final sale. Additionally, custom or made-to-order pieces including select Ball Gowns and Bridal Separates may not be eligible for return.

The Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Return Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your request and typically respond within 24 hours during business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method:

  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments.
